El Reno firefighters battled a fire at an apartment complex, and then another one at a house just down the street late Saturday night.
Some Oklahomans are without a home after a fire ripped through some units at the Country Club Apartments near I-40 in El Reno.
It happened just before midnight.
Our viewers sent in some photos of the fire. As shown in the photos, the flames were shooting through the roof of the apartment building.
The fire chief told News 9 all eight units are a total loss, but everyone is accounted for.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Red Cross is on the scene to help those displaced families.
And not too far away, firefighters battled another fire in a vacant home, in the 2000 block of Stone Glen Drive in El Reno.
Crews had to shut down the street. Witnesses reported hearing explosions.
No word on how this one started either, but it appears to be a total loss.
