The American Red Cross will be visiting with Highland East Junior High School Tuesday to present new sound equipment to the school.
The school was damaged in the May 20 tornado that ripped through Moore. Working with the school and Moore Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Robert Romines, the Red Cross identified this as a need with the school. The organization also replaced popcorn and snow cone machines at Briarwood and Plaza Towers elementary schools.

This was also done for El Reno and Mid-Del schools.
During an interview Tuesday morning with News 9's Bobbie Miller, Regional CEO of the American Red Cross, Janienne Bella, discussed other projects the organization is working on. To watch the interview, click the video player above this story.
