Tulsa police arrested a man and woman on drug-related charges after a short pursuit late Monday. Both are convicted felons, according to arrest reports.

Officers say they were called to a neighborhood at 35th and Yale to investigate suspicious activity. A man and woman - later identified as Allan Segovia and Amy Davis - were seeing going in and out of yards with backpacks at about 11:30 p.m., reports state.

When police arrived, they saw a black Trans Am and a white Chrysler Sebring leaving the area. They tried to pull both vehicles over for traffic violations, but neither car stopped.

Police say Amy Davis, in the Chrysler sedan, ran a red light and led them in circles through a neighborhood on ice covered streets. She was stopped around 41st and Mingo before hitting some stop sticks, the arrest report states. Police found a glass pipe with white residue in her vehicle.

She has drug-related convictions from Tulsa County, no driver's license or proof of insurance.

Segovia ran a few red lights then stopped at a QuikTrip in the 4700 block of South Yale. Police learned he had an outstanding felony warrant out of Cherokee County and was also a convicted felon. Segovia had a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine in the floorboard of the car, officers say.

Allan Segovia, 30, was booked on felony complaints of possession of a controlled substance, eluding and probation violation - all after former conviction of a felony. Other complaints were failure to signal lane change and no driver's license on person.

Amy Lee Davis, 32, was booked on a felony complaint of eluding after former conviction of a felony, and misdemeanor complaints of possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver's license, failure to stop at a red light, improper right turn, speeding and no insurance.
