QuikTrip Purchases Land To Build Store Near 15th & Lewis

QuikTrip Corporation has purchased land to build a store at 15th and Lewis, a QT spokesman tells News On 6. 

Mike Thornbrugh, with QT, said the land is already zoned for a QT, and now public meetings are being scheduled with surrounding neighborhoods. 

Thornbrugh said they have closed on properties on the corner where Bill and Ruth's, Duffy's and a few other businesses now sit. He said if everything goes through as planned, the businesses can continue operations until they can move forward or find another location.

There is a long way to go until anything happens, he said.
