Deputies say it appears a dispute between two brothers-in-law led to a shooting in eastern Delaware County late Saturday, October 28.
In a news release, the sheriff's office said 39-year-old Timothy Logsdon was arrested and booked into jail on a complaint of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Deputies say the victim, 28-year-old Frankie McChristian, was wounded in the neck in a shooting near Sandusky. He was first taken to an Fayetteville hospital then flown to a Little Rock hospital. He is said to be stable.
Logsdon drove away from the shooting scene but was later arrested without incident, the report states. Bond had not yet been set.
