Suspect In Violent Home Invasion Returns To Court Thursday

The suspect charged with raping and shooting a man will return to court this morning. 

Estevon Martin is one of two men accused of forcing their way into an Oklahoma City apartment back in February. Police believe Estevon Martin was the trigger man in this case, shooting one of the victims 5 times before making his getaway. 

Martin's alleged accomplice, Donnyll Dailey, was recently extradited back to Oklahoma after U.S. Marshals tracked him down in North Carolina. 

Police think Dailey and Martin, armed with guns, forced their way into an apartment shot a man and raped a woman. Martin will return to court later this morning, where a judge will decide if there's enough evidence to move forward with a trial. 

Both men remain in jail on a $150,000 bond. 

Martin is charged with rape, kidnapping, and assault with a deadly weapon.
