Child Killed Minutes After Taking Her Back-To-School Picture

A nine-year-old in Texas was killed when her mom's vehicle was struck in a collision.

Troopers said the vehicle carrying 9-year-old Payton Crustner, a 16-year-old, 3-year-old, and mother were struck. Payton was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. 

According to the Facebook page, Payton's first-day-of-school photo was taken 10 minutes before she was involved in the collision.

Friends of the family said Payton's 16-year-old brother is in critical condition. 

 All money donated will go to Payton's family to cover funeral expenses.
