A chance for spotty showers in Oklahoma City Wednesday morning and afternoon.
More widespread rain is moving through the western portions of the state and metro. Highest chance of rain will fall in the west sides of the metro, through mid-morning Thursday. 50-60% chance of rain in the metro before lunchtime, and spotty showers likely in the afternoon.
There's a chance of showers trailing off to the east but they won't be as widespread.
Some of the heaviest rain has fallen near El Reno. The rain continues from El Reno down to the south and southwest.
Moderate to heavy rain is headed toward Stillwater, extending to Coyle, Guthrie and the north side of Edmond.
Temps will stay in the 70s to mid-80s for the central part of the state, and low 90's in the southern region.
Strong to severe thunderstorm chances could develop in northwest Oklahoma from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a chance for hail and flooding.
