Egg mayonnaise

6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoon sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of diced chives
White bread

Mix all of the ingredients together and spread onto bread.
Remove the crusts and cut into rectangles.
Chill until you are ready to serve.
