USGS: 3.1 Magnitude Recorded In Kingfisher County

A small earthquake shook up residents in Kingfisher County.

The 3.1 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately 9:34 p.m. Its epicenter was located four miles north of Dover, five miles south of Hennessey, 13 miles east, northeast of Loyal and 44 miles north, northwest of Oklahoma City.

It was about almost five miles deep.

At this time, no one was has reported any damages or injuries associated with this earthquake.
