Altus Police Investigating Homicide At Apple Creek Apartments

Altus police are investigating a shooting death at the Apple Creek Apts.

According to police, officers found the 32-year-old victim around 4:30 a.m. on Sunday. The victim has been transported to the office of the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner for an autopsy.

Investigators have identified a person of interest into the shooting but say they are still speaking with witnesses.
