City Of Blanchard To Allow ATV's, UTV's, Golf Carts On City Streets

The City of Blanchard is adopting a new ordinance that will allow ATV's, UTV's and golf carts on city streets.

Those who want to take advantage of the ordinance will need a $25 permit from the city clerk.

Vehicles will also need headlights, taillights and brakes.
