1 Dead After Multiple Shots Fired In Northwest OKC

Oklahoma City Police are investigating a homicide northwest of the metro.

Officers say they responded to a call of multiple people shooting outside the Hookah Bar near Northwest 23rd and Penn. According to police, one person is dead and another is being treated for a gunshot wound.
