An App developer in Oklahoma is trying to "Keep Up With The Kardashians", by suing one of them.

Social media developer, David Leibensohn filed a $300 million suit against Kim Kardashian-West.

Leibenson claims Kardashian-West breached their partnership contract by failing to share the profits form the Kimoji icons and merchandise.

Kim has not filed a response to the lawsuit.
