Silver Alert Canceled For McClain County Man

A Silver Alert has been canceled for a McClain County man, police report.

According to officials, 85-year-old Walter Heironimus went out for a drive and did not come home Sunday.

Officials said Heironimus has dementia and left his residence in an unknown direction driving a white, 2005 Ford F-150.

The missing man was located safe, late Sunday night. Police say he is on his way home.
