State authorities are investigating a double shooting in Cleveland County.
Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents want to question Bo Mullican, 24, and Rebeca Kocher in connection to the shooting in Noble that left two men injured.
Neighbors heard gunshots late Thursday night coming from a duplex in the 1100 block of North 5th Street in Noble.
Authorities were called when two male shooting victims showed up at a Norman hospital.
“Started looking around to try to determine where a crime scene may be,” said Special Agent Steve Tanner, OSBI. “They ended up here.”
Noble Police brought in the OSBI to assist in the investigation.
The mother of the woman who lives in the duplex came to the crime scene on Friday looking for answers.
“I left work,” said Jennifer Kocher, mother. “And came straight over here.”
The worried mother does not think Kocher is injured but said she may be with Mullican, the alleged gunman.
“I need to make sure she’s not being held somewhere against her will,” said Kocher.
She said Mullican is her daughter's ex-boyfriend and has been abusive in the past.
Kocher suspects he became angry when the two victims came to help her daughter.
“I was told they were shot in their vehicle when they pulled up in the driveway,” said Kocher.
As agents process the crime scene, investigators are interviewing witnesses and family members to piece together what happened.
“We’ll be here until we get it resolved,” said Tanner.
The OSBI said one victim was treated and released at a Norman hospital and the other victim was sent into surgery at OU Medical Center.
