OSBI Assisting Police After Fatal Shooting In Woodward

Officials are investigating a fatal shooting in Woodward, Wednesday morning. 

Police said one one male victim, identified as 22-year-old Justin Lout, was killed at a home in the 700 block of 2nd Street. 

OSBI says Lout did not live at the home, but he is from the Woodward area. The investigation is ongoing.
