McClain County Sheriff's Office Investigating After Body Found Along I-35

The McClain County Sheriff's Office is investigating after a body was found Wednesday on northbound Interstate 35 near Goldsby. 

About 4:40 a.m., a man walked to a Love's Truck Stop and told a Lighthorse police officer his vehicle was out of gas. While he was with the officer, the man also told the officer he had a body in the back of his vehicle. 

The man is considered a person of interest in the case.

The OSBI is also assisting in the investigation.

So far, no identifications have been made.
