Local children’s group, Spaghetti Eddie, is working on a Christmas song after just releasing its 5th album late this year.

The two man group of Brendan Parker and Erick Alexander plays all other region.

Spaghetti Eddie has been producing music for the last 7 years.

The songs that include Monsters under my bed, Road trip and Night light in many ways chronicle the childhoods of their kids.

“They do something, talk about a story that happen at school or while playing with a friend and I think that could be a good idea for a song,” says singer Brendan Parker.

The gigs are primarily regional, like this week at Whole Foods.

The group hopes to get a bigger national following, but says reward they get from their smiling young fans is very satisfying.

“We look at each other after each gig and think, this is best hour I had all week,” says Alexander.
