Slow Cooker Sausage & Bean Soup
- 1 pound Italian sausage, sliced
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cans cannellini beans, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 celery ribs, chopped
- 3/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- Place all of the ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Put the lid on and cook on high for four hours or low for eight hours.
