With all due respect to Trae Young, he might be the third most important freshman named Tre on the OU campus this week.

Tre Norwood and Tre Brown performed admirably in spot duty at Bedlam, and they will be needed again with several guys missing in the OU secondary this week.

"Yeah, we're down some guys but we'll be ready," OU defensive coordinator Mike Stoops says. "The young guys came in and really did a great job. They competed and made some good plays, great learning experience. They'll be prepared if we need them."

"Both Tre's, they did a fantastic job on the outside," senior safety Steven Parker says. "Both Tre's have been bought in since day one but you can really see their focus just go up."

Norwood actually lead the team with 7 tackles against OSU.

The Horned Frogs don't have nearly the passing attack of the Cowboys, they rank 55th in the country, but with dynamic QB Kenny Hill and a two-headed attack in the TCU backfield, the Sooners will have to be ready for anything.
