An Oklahoma City family says they feared for their lives this morning after a stranger tried to break-in to their home and steal their car at gunpoint.

It happened over on Southwest 31st and Virginia and the family says the woman continued to accuse their family of “killing her family” and thought she was either under the influence of drugs  or had some type of mental illness.

“She had blood on her hands, on her neck and on her face. I was like why are you bloody? She said because I am gonna kill everyone who messes with my family,” says Vanessa Ramirez, who lives at the home.

Police say they got multiple calls around 11:30 this morning from other neighbors who also saw a woman, with a gun, threatening others on their street.

Officers did take a woman from that scene into custody. She has been identified as 29 year old Lindsay McCreight.

However, police are still trying to confirm if this is the same woman pictured (below).

In the meantime, McCreight has been detained on a separate county warrant for violation of a suspended sentence.
