Crews On Scene Of Fatal Head-On Crash In SW OKC

At least one person is dead following a head-on crash on the southwest side of the metro, Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency responders were called out to the scene near SW 21^st Street and S. Western Avenue.

The identity of the victim is not yet known. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
