Police ID Man Killed On New Year's Eve In NE OKC Shooting

Oklahoma City Police identified a man who was shot on New Year's Eve near NE 23rd and Kelley.

Police say Jamal Barkus, 41, of Oklahoma City, was found shot to death at a home in the area.

No arrests have been made and no description has been provided. Anyone with any information is asked to call the homicide tip line at 297-1200.
