Crews Respond To Report Of Ambulance Fire Near Downtown OKC

Firefighters responded to the report of an ambulance fire near downtown Oklahoma City, Wednesday afternoon.

According to authorities, crews responded to the report of the fire at N.E. 8th and Lincoln. However, when they arrived, they determined that there was light smoke in the cab, but no active fire. 

One patient was on board the ambulance at the time in non-emergency condition. EMSA has dispatched another unit to transport that patient to the hospital.

No one was injured.
