Fire Engulfs Guthrie Home

A fire ripped through a Guthrie home Sunday night.

Crews from across Logan County have been fighting this fire since 6 p.m. Since the largest flames have been put out, though, smaller ones have popped up. 

Video from the Guthrie News Page shows the house completely involved. 

The house fire started at State Highway 105 and Huntington in Guthrie. The family was home at the time but no one was hurt. 

Neighbors are safe according to police but when the fire first started traffic had to be shutdown on 105 due to rubberneckers. 

Area police and fire departments have been monitoring the fire but there are no hydrants nearby. Law enforcement says smoldering hot spots in the home are now what's left.
