Voters head to the polls Tuesday morning for primary runoff elections.

Tuesday's votes decide which nominees will be on the ballot in November.

Al McAffrey and Tom Guild are facing off in the 5th Congressional District, which includes Oklahoma City, Edmond, and Bethany.

Several legislative seats are also up for vote.
