Norman Police Arrest Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Rape

Police arrested a Norman man accused of kidnapping, rape, and possession of a firearm Thursday night.

Norman police arrested 37-year-old Larry Rouse at the abandoned Little River Zoo, 3406 120th Ave, where police say a woman was possibly being held against her will.

Police say when they arrived at the scene Rouse let the woman go.

Rouse is in the Cleveland County Detention Center and is being booked for kidnapping, rape, and possession of a firearm.
