Water Main Break Closes S.E. 15th In Midwest City

S.E. 15th Street is closed between Air Depot Boulevard and Sooner Road in Midwest City, due to a water main break on Monday.

According to city officials, due to a 12" water main line break, S.E. 15th St. is closed between Air Depot Blvd. and Sooner Rd.  Access is open to the neighborhood on the north of S.E. 15th either off of Sooner Rd. or Air Depot. 

Access to Rose State College is best off of Adair Blvd. and Air Depot or I-40 and Hudiburg Dr., officials said.

One lane of traffic, both east and west bound should be open by 6 p.m. Repair of the water main line is expected to take up to two weeks.  Midwest City police officers and firefighters will have full access to all neighborhoods affected by the street closures and to Rose State College.
