Fast food restaurants across the country are on alert following several dangerous pranks. Employees at a Burger King in Shawnee, Oklahoma, fell victim.
Broken glass now litters the ground around several fast food restaurants across the country. In each case a person claiming to be with the local fire department calls the store, and tells employees to bust out windows to relieve gas pressure or the building will explode.
In California a Burger King manager reportedly rammed his car into the building for the same reason. Similar cases have been reported across the country, even including Shawnee.
While no arrests have been made in any of the cases, police say they will pursue charges. Fire and police say they will never make these types of calls to businesses or homeowners.
