OKC Gas Line Cut Prompts Evacuations

Oklahoma City Fire says a gas line cut in the 8300 block of South Pennsylvania led to some evacuations Saturday morning.

Firefighters as well as ONG were called to the scene east of Will Rogers Airport and south of I-240.  

The fire department evacuated several nearby homes as a precaution.  They say a three-inch gas line was cut by a construction crew.  

Firefighters said no one was injured and they stood by while ONG crews shut off the gas.
