A small earthquake was reported Sunday afternoon in northern Oklahoma, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The 3.1-magnitude earthquake happened at 6:28 p.m. Its epicenter was about 13 miles south of Medford, 17 miles northeast of Enid and 78 miles north of Oklahoma City.
The earthquake was more than one mile deep.
No immediate reports of damage or injury were reported.
