Authorities Investigate Threatening Message Found At Watonga Middle School

Authorities are investigating after a threatening message was found on a bathroom wall at the Watonga Middle School.

According to police, on Friday, the threatening message was found written on the bathroom wall at the middle school. Over the weekend, the Superintendent and police checked the school, but they did not find anything suspicious.

Monday morning, a metal detector check was performed on anyone who entered the school to make sure everyone feel safe. Police were also at the school.

Authorities did not release what the message said specifically.
