Suspect Arrested In Shooting That Injured One In Norman

<p>Norman police have arrested one person in connection to a shooting that injured a man early Tuesday morning.&nbsp;</p>

Norman police have arrested one person in connection with a shooting that injured a man early Tuesday morning. 

The shooting happened about 3 a.m. in the 200 block of E. Mosier Street near Porter and Robinson. 

Officers found Thomas Livingston, 43, on the front yard of the residence with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Norman Regional in critical condition.

Police said they arrested Jose Manuel Flores, 28, on an assault and battery with a deadly weapon complaint. He was taken to the Cleveland County jail.

Police believe it began as a disturbance, which led to shots being fired.
