According to the investigation, the couple is accused of luring a 15-year-old girl back to their Edmond home in June 2015. The victim told police the couple gave her pills and alcohol that made her “feel odd” and “start falling asleep”. Afterward she alleges that both Brimacombe and Taka touched her inappropriately.
Taka was arrested for the crimes last week, but Brimacombe remained at-large with a warrant out for his arrest until Feb. 16. Police did not detail the circumstances of that arrest.
Brimacombe was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on Tuesday night for the charges of Forcible Oral Sodomy, two counts of Indecent Lewd Acts with a Child Under 16, and Second-Degree rape by Instrumentation. His bond was set at $320,000.
