The second week of the legislative session is in the books and already lawmakers are expressing their frustration with what they consider to be a lack of progress.

House Minority Leader Scott Inman says Republicans are trying to bridge an estimated $1-Billion budget gap on the backs of middle class Oklahomans. Republican Sen. Brian Bingman says they still haven’t started budget negotiations because the revenue numbers won’t be in until next week.
