Police: Two Found Dead Inside NW OKC Home

Oklahoma City police are investigating a double murder at a home near NW 122 Street and May Avenue. 

Police said a neighbor called police just before 2 p.m. to check the home on the 12500 block of Springwood Drive. 

Police found two adults dead inside the home and found three children, who were unharmed. 

Police said the children are not related the the homicide victims.

Brenda Jackson said the two people who were killed are her sister and her brother-in-law. She said her sister ran a daycare out of the home for the past two decades.

“And for somebody to do this to em (sic), I just can’t believe it,” she said. “I can’t believe it. To come here and kill both of em (sic).” 

Police have not said how the victims were killed.  

Police spokeswoman Sgt. Ashley Peters said police may release more information Wednesday.
