OKC Police Arrest Surviving Intruder After Monday's Deadly Home Invasion

<p>A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with Monday's home invasion turned deadly shooting in southwest Oklahoma City.</p>

A man was arrested Wednesday in connection with Monday's home invasion turned deadly shooting in southwest Oklahoma City.

Christopher Harris Alexander, 25, of Moore, was arrested on murder and burglary complaints Wednesday morning in his home. 

About 8 a.m. Wednesday, Moore police assisted the Oklahoma City police in arresting Alexander in the 900 block of SW 4 Place.

Investigators think Alexander and Bobby Lachez Perkins, 26, tried to break into an apartment Monday afternoon and kicked in door of an apartment at Almonte Apartments.

The resident, Jeffery Jamal Smith, 26, shot at the two and fatally hit Perkins.

Perkins was pronounced dead at the scene.
