Former Oklahoma State and Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon was again arrested on a DUI complaint over the weekend according to the Carter County Inmates Facebook page.
Blackmon was booked at 4:45 p.m.on Saturday to the Carter County jail and released later that night. It’s the most recent in a long series of drug and alcohol arrests that have prevented the two-time Biletnikoff winner from returning to the NFL.

Blackmon was a two-time All-American and Biletnikoff Award winner while at Oklahoma State. He was selected fifth overall in the 2012 NFL Draft making him the highest-drafted Cowboy since Barry Sanders in 1989.
In 2012, a month after being drafted, Blackmon was arrested in Stillwater for driving under the influence of alcohol. A year later he was handed a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's Substance Abuse Policy. He was indefinitely suspended later in the 2013 season for a repeat violation.
