Ingredients:
1 turkey, thawed
Sea salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
Olive oil
1 fresh orange
1 fresh Lemon
1 fresh Apple
fresh celery leaves
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large roasting pan place rinsed bird. In a small bowl combine all of the spices, 2 tablespoon sea salt, 1 tablespoon pepper, and enough olive oil to create a paste. Rub paste under the skin. All over the exterior and inside the cavity. Place onion, apple, oranges, lemon, fresh rosemary in all cavities. Cover with heavy duty foil. Insert an electronic thermometer in the the turkey breast without touching any bones. Bake the turkey till the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove the bird and allow it to sit undisturbed for at least an hour. This ensures a juicy bird.
