Oklahoma State receiver Jhajuan Seales was charged on Wednesday with driving under the influence and transporting an open container of intoxicating beverage following his Sunday arrest in Stillwater, according to the Oklahoma State Courts Network.
Seales and former OSU defensive back Juwan Offray were arrested in October last year after police found them asleep in a running vehicle at the Whataburger drive-thru. Arrested on complaints of public intoxication, Seales was suspended at the time. Offray was dismissed.
The junior wideout has 12 catches for 164 yards and a touchdown this season and has caught a pass in every game.
A spokesman for the team said coach Mike Gundy is aware of the situation and that the matter is being handled internally.
