Sex Offender Caught In Inappropriate Relationship With 15-Year-Old Girl

A registered sex offender was caught having an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old girl.

On Thursday, the District Attorney's office filed two felony counts against the offender, who is identified as William "Kevin" Williams.

Williams, 33, got caught when that teenager's mother found lewd pictures of her daughter and Williams on her iPhone.

According to court papers, the mother discovered those pictures last month, after she had reported to police that her daughter had run away. Police were able to identify Williams by the pictures and then tracked him down.

As it turns out, Williams was arrested in 2001 for rape and was convicted of the crime. According to his prison record he was just released last year.

Williams is yet to be booked into the Oklahoma County jail for the charges
