2 Men, Including Off-Duty Sapulpa Officer, Found Dead Inside MWC Motel

Two men, including an off-duty Sapulpa police officer, were found dead inside a Midwest City motel Saturday night, Midwest City police reported Sunday.

Trey Pritchard, 46, and Jeffrey Grafton, 46, were found inside a motel room at 6821 SE 29 St., Midwest City police Chief Brandon Clabes said.

Arrest warrants have been issued for Jonathan Grafton, 22, and Daphne Mason, 21. Jonathan Grafton is Jeffrey Grafton's son.

Jeffrey Grafton's pickup was stolen by Jonathan Grafton, and the vehicle's GPS led Jeffrey Grafton and his cousin Pritchard, who was a lieutenant for the Sapulpa Police Department, to a Midwest City motel, Clabes said.

About 10 p.m. Saturday, a motel clerk called police to report an unresponsive patron inside a room.

The stolen pickup was found abandoned Sunday at 3611 N Sara Rd., in Yukon, Clabes said.

Anyone with information about Jonathan Grafton or Mason's whereabouts is asked to call 911.
