Report: Thunder's Durant Set To Return To Action

USA Today is reporting that Thunder star Kevin Durant will practice with Team USA in Las Vegas this week.

Durant played in just 27 games last season while constantly suffering a from a Jones fracture in his foot. This will be Durant’s first public appearance on a court since December of 2014.  

Team USA managing director Jerry Colangelo indicated that he wanted all players interested in the 2016 Olympics in Brazil to at least show up to the Vegas camp. Durant has declared that he wants to be a part of that team and his participation this week further clarifies his long-term intentions with USA Basketball.
