Thursday night's GOP debate in Cleveland looks to be great TV drama, and a departure from debates past, all because of the man at the center.
Flamboyant billionaire Donald Trump's campaign has caught fire, and as the leader in the polls, he will be literally take center stage of the ten candidates who made the cut. I suspect he'll take some fire from both flanks, especially from those polling in the single digits.
But that is a dicey proposition. Trump has never shied from confrontation, and in fact, seems to welcome it.
I think Jeb Bush and Scott Walker, running 2nd and 3rd in the polls, will try to look presidential. They'll steer clear of a face-off with Trump Thursday night and hope over time his campaign will implode.
The other candidate who I feel could be a wild card Thursday night is former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee.
Huckabee is extremely comfortable on-stage and on-camera after his years in the pulpit and recently on Fox News. I wouldn't be surprised to see him come out firing.
I want to know how you think the candidates did, so during and after the debate post your thoughts on my Facebook page.
I'm Kelly Ogle and that's My 2 Cents.
