Police Arrest Man Accused Of Killing Bob Barry Jr. In Fatal Accident

The Oklahoma City Police say they have arrested the 26-year-old driver who made an illegal U-Turn causing the fatal accident that killed local sports journalist Bob Barry Jr.

The driver of the car is identified as 26-year-old Gustavo Gutierrez-Castillo. He is currently being held in the Oklahoma City Jail without bond.

Castillo is accused of first degree manslaughter, drug possession, and performing an illegal U-turn. Police said they found a baggie containing a white powdery substance, later tested positive for cocaine, in his possession at the time of the collision.
