3.1 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Mooreland

A 3.1 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Mooreland, Oklahoma, Tuesday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 10:59 a.m. Its epicenter was located 14 miles east, northeast of Mooreland, 24 miles east, northeast of Woodward.

It was about two miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
