Two people narrowly escaped after their home caught fire in the northeast Oklahoma City.
It happened just before 1 a.m. near NE 4th St. and Lincoln Blvd.
Two people were inside the home at the time, but made it out safely. Firefighters say most of the fire was contained to the garage, but there is plenty of smoke damage to the rest of the home.
Investigators believe a space heater caused the fire.
Damage is set at $40,000.
