3.0 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded Near Mooreland

A 3.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Mooreland, Oklahoma, Friday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Survey, this earthquake was recorded at 7:41 a.m. Its epicenter was located 11 miles east, northeast of Mooreland, and 21 miles east, northeast of Woodward.

It was about three miles deep.

No injuries or damage were immediately reported.
