Troopers Arrest One Suspect, Seek One More Following Chase In OKC

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers arrested one suspect and are looking for a second one following a chase in Oklahoma City, Wednesday morning.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the chase started for an unknown reason at eastbound I-40 and Kilpatrick Turnpike. It ended at 49th and Independence.

Troopers said the male driver took off on foot following the chase. At this time, authorities continue to search for the driver.

A female passenger in the suspect vehicle was arrested at the scene. However, troopers said she is being uncooperative. She was taken into custody on complaints of obstruction and possession of marijuana.

The female passenger was transported to the Canadian County Jail. Authorities have not identified anyone involved in the chase.
